A little black kid in my state went onto somebody's yard, the owner came out, the kid ran, and the owner shot the kid in the back. CASTLE DOCTIRINE!

Shooting a person in the back means they were running from you. I don't believe nor have I ever advocated shooting someone that is running from me. They are not a threat to my life or my family. But LOVELY strawman. Stuffed all nice n neat. The cool thing is now both of you can run along the yellow brick road and see if you can find a brain for each of you.
