Is it an insurrection when?

You can look it up, pretty much everyone who tries to storm the White House ends up dead. The Secret Service are not as nice as the Capitol Police.

Ashli Babbitt was at the White House? You donkey humpers think everyone is as stupid as you.

Is it an insurrection when protesters try to storm the White House or when they throw rocks and bottles at Federal Law Enforcement? Should the FBI round them up and put them in prison?

Nope not an insurrection

Just a riot

Arrest the perps and charge them

Did they Scream about hanging people?

Did they beat cops causing injuries that they died from?

Did they threaten to kill elected officials?

Did they chase cops around inside a secured building screaming about refusing the results of an election and reversing the results because they didn’t win?

Nope not an insurrection

She was engaging in a violent crime

She refused to obey police

They had no idea if she had a gun

Or if the people she was leading into a secured area had a gun

So she rightly got dead

It would be a tougher burden of proof on the government. Crimes have obviously been committed,
possibly some that might justify incarceration,
but it would be hard to prove that they were an attempt to sabotage the government.

When you attack the congress while it's supposed to be doing business,
it can't be anything else but an insurrection attempt
and those are the charges you should have to face.

If you want to have an insurrection and not get prosecuted,
you have to succeed.

Nope

Maybe they should have gotten Officer Byrd to shoot an unarmed protester.

Wait a minute, a video showing people somewhere rocking a fence is ”storming the White House and throwing rocks and bottles at Federal Law Enforcement?”

Typical

Trying to storm the White House is INSURRECTION.

Throwing rocks at Federal Cops is assault, but it is NOT insurrection.

"Secret Service Statement on Pennsylvania Avenue Demonstrations
2020-05-31

Washington, D.C. -- On Saturday, May 30, and into early Sunday, May 31, 2020, U.S. Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers made one arrest during the demonstrations near 15th St. NW and Pennsylvania Avenue.

Some demonstrators repeatedly attempted to knock over security barriers, and vandalized six Secret Service vehicles. Between Friday night and Sunday morning, more than 60 Secret Service Uniformed Division Officers and Special Agents sustained multiple injuries from projectiles such as bricks, rocks, bottles, fireworks and other items. Secret Service personnel were also directly physically assaulted as they were kicked, punched, and exposed to bodily fluids. A total of 11 injured employees were transported to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.

No individuals crossed the White House Fence and no Secret Service protectees were ever in any danger.

The Secret Service respects the right to assemble, and we ask that individuals do so peacefully for the safety of all."

The key word in your whataboutism post...

ATTEMPTED

from the article you posted...

"No individuals crossed the White House Fence and no Secret Service protectees were ever in any danger."

Anyone with a triple digit IQ understands there's a big difference between ATTEMPTING and actually DOING, like Trump's MAGA rioters.
