What he claimed in public was not what was planned in private and his communication about Pence was obviously to incite the crowd which he knew was growing violent.

Well they are going to have to prove in a court of law what he was planning in private.

I'm curious how you know what it was since, well, it was in private.

The indictment gives you a big hint and the prosecutors have witnesses and communications detailing the crimes.

Ridiculous, police were trying to prevent it, but Trump wanted to stop the scanning of the armed protestors.

Your defense makes no sense in light of what Trump demanded.

They have no defense fund for his actions is my prediction and the witnesses against him are all aides, people from his administration and his lawyers, backed up by evidence. Trump will have a hard time defending his actions and he dare not take the stand because he can’t tell the truth.

Because Republicans are part of the conspiracy that has lied to the public since the stolen election. That is why they are called RINOs and are members of the uniparty that are selling this country out.
