Will Turkey allow us to use our bases here in our next war?
Turkey has no say whether we can use our bases here. They are our bases in our country. You could ask whether we could use bases there(in Turkey), but it makes no sense to ask about here.
Technically, we have no bases in Turkey. The two main bases we use are Turkish bases, belonging to the Turkish. This is unlike Germany which has actual American bases, belonging to America.
Sending two carriers into the Mediterranean is a clear sign that the USA has no desire to depend on Turkish bases. Even without that, there are Greek bases, and better yet two huge British bases in the region. The British bases are beyond just belonging to Britain as bases, they are actual sovereign British territory, as British as London Bridge.

Can anyone say what we get out of invading Turkey. Once again, we could fight our way into the Black Sea, and then start fighting someone there... But that would be two wars in a row, and would make little sense strategically.
