Joe Biden reminisces about his first time seeing the “colored kids” on the bus

He reads a prompter much better than Trump does, nearly all politicians do, Trump looks and reads to the right, looks and reads to the left, looks and reads to the right, over and over again, you can actually sees his eyes reading the screen. And the only time he looks straight is when he is bloviating some stupidity like the size of Arnold Palmer’s dick
And that means his dementia is offset? And no, he really doesn't. If he has a month of prep, his sleep schedule is changed, and he gets some speed there are times he can compare to others, but most of the time he stops, forgets where he is in the speech, sometimes tries to shake hands with nobody or raise the dead, speaks for less than half the promised time, and reminisces about something that didn't happen then says he'll "get in trouble" because he isn't reading what he's supposed to read.

The man never functioned...

Trump is a different creature entirely. While he speaks with a fourth grade vocabulary, and therefore loads of people think he's not so smart, he is capable of sitting for hours answering questions in a room full of reporters with no preparation time while signing other documents.

He spews nonsense half the time.

He definitely talks to reporters more than Biden did. I'm just not sure if he should. He sounds like a lunatic half the time, and it seems he rarely answers questions honestly or directly.

Flat facial expression makes me suspect Parkinson.

It's possible that it is PDD. However the shuffling steps, tripping, etc. is also associated to other dementia diagnoses. The stiff arms and facial expression though, could point to PDD. Either way, he was already on that path when he ran his first campaign from the basement. I haven't been shy of expressing my opinion that we watched an egregious elder abuse case unfold before our eyes.
