Justice Gorsuch believes regulations are bad.

This is funny. The WSJ had an article this weekend interviewing him about the book where he essentially said "sorry Libertarians, anarchy is not good and we need laws". What he did say, and delves into in the book, is how excessive regulation and confusion in the law hurts regular people and gets into a deep discussion of the history of our legal system.

Only to an ideologue who think it impossible for any regulation to be bad would that be interpreted as him saying all regulations are bad. (In that scenario laws preventing abortion would be good because any regulation is good right?)
