And Trump was clear in his philosophy and that is 'don't count them and they are not real'.


Trump had more crossing, and caught less. Biden has few crossing but catches more and republi'cans' complain.

Apprehensions can be indicative of a good thing or a bad thing, dependending on the baseline.

2 stores, identical foot traffic and visitors. Each suffers the same amount of shoplifting.

Store 1 hires security and Store 2 does not.

Store 1 now apprehends 75% of shoplifters and returns the goods to the shelves. they report each month catching between 10-15 shoplifters.

Store 2 apprehends no one. Loses 100% of the good stolen. They report each month 'no apprehensions'.

It was suggested in the paper here in Arizona that the governor, Katie Hobbs a Democrat, put some National Guard troops to watch those gates 24/7 but she is disinterested in that because it would make Bribem look stupid (as if he isn't already).

Not true. More are crossing, but because Bribem has a virtual open border where anyone who asks for asylum gets in regardless of how viable their asylum request is, many illegal crossers simply present themselves at a border crossing, claim asylum, and get in. Of course, they have no particular intention of actually following through on that request, but it is a means to ensure you get in without being tossed back.

Build a wall. Arrest and detain in jail anyone crossing illegally. Try them. If convicted, they get deported. Get caught again, once convicted you go to a labor camp where you work hard and get nothing for it other than fed and a place to sleep until your sentence is served.

Bet you that would see crossings drop to nothing overnight.

Trump just didn't count crossings. His method is 'you don't have an issue if you stop counting' and that is not the way to do things. It works for derps, but no one else.
