Ah, try to read “pp,” the comment was “Trump talking about possibly banning contraceptives,” which is 100% true, even said he was going to have a policy out on it in a few weeks, just his health care and infrastructure policies out in a few weeks

And the “States making the decision” is just a deflection to avoid answering questions he can’t or doesn’t want to answer
