Not enough given his lengthy history of similar attacks based on political differences. But I guess they can't go back and sentence for prior offenses.

That officer is lucky that he didn't die. Bear spray is a lot more powerful than the kind used on people.

No kidding, a kid once sprayed it in an apartment I was in, we all had to leave for a few hours. It was only a small spray and the entire place was uninhabitable.
