McCarthy blocks bipartisan bill

First there is no citation so its all bullshit. Second even if it is true nothing in that rant tells us the reasons McCarthy won't bring it for a vote. Blaming the DFs for the shut down is not a reason.

It is true (https://thehill.com/homenews/house/...t-allow-vote-on-senate-stopgap-gop-lawmakers/)

And the reason is obvious, he doesn’t want to piss off the Freedom idiots, or should I say MaraLago, the Jimmy Jordan’s don’t do anything that isn’t directed by MaraLago, and Kevin kisses the Messiah’s ass any opportunity he gets. If he did put it up for a vote it would pass with Democrat and sensible Republicans supporting it

All three of you. Sorry psycho

When a news articles declares that a bill is supported by a large and bipartisan majority, the bill is likely being pushed by a fringe, radical leftist minority. It's probably something that has a provision in it to kill capitalism and to place political dissenters under house arrest.

I'm certain that Speaker Kevin McCarthy is doing the right thing in blocking the bill until it is modified to no longer kill the nation's economy.

... by not allowing stupid, radical leftist minorities to kill the country outright. All I have to know is your position on a matter and I'll know what the wrong position is.

It figures you would chime in on cue with all the other stupid leftist cowards. Seeing you mindlessly piling on leaves no doubt that McCarthy is doing the right thing. Why else would your slave-masters have you sloganeering without adding any insight as to what the root issues are. You don't care. You just OBEY.

None of that is true, for beginners, the proposal would come out of the Senate with GOP support, McConnell supports it, and secondly, what is going to jeopardize the nation’s economy is a shutdown, already projected to reduce the GDP and possibly jeopardize the country’s credit rating

None of that is true,
I think it's all true, and look, you haven't reviewed the specifics of the bill. It looks like you know it's all true as well.

McConnell supports it,
Mr. RINO-in-Chief supports it? Well why didn't you say so in the first place? You make so much sense when you put it that way!

Actually ... I remain unmoved. You have a loser for an argument.

and secondly, what is going to jeopardize the nation’s economy is a shutdown,
Please explain why any rational adult should be concerned about a shutdown of the Federal government. Let the government shutdown. There will be zero effect. Leave the government shutdown for a couple of years so we can all confirm that there is no dire need to keep the Federal government operating. The States have everything they need to manage their affairs. Send the diplomats home. We'll all be fine.

... but really, why will you melt like the wicked witch of the west if the government shuts down?

... already projected to reduce the GDP and possibly jeopardize the country’s credit rating
Too funny. That's absurd. None of that is tied to Congress reaching agreement. All businesses can continue operating whether the Federal government is open or not.

You absolutely must be a government-worshiping Marxist.

I likewise don't understand why this is such a huge fear for people (beyond people's parroting of the media's fear porn about it).

Given how much the federal government unconstitutionally intrudes into our lives (and otherwise consistently and constantly "fucks shit up"), I see shutting down the federal government as nothing but a BOON for the common person.

Yes, I totally agree. But on top of that, imagine how satisfying it would be for everyone to realize just how unimportant it is for the Federal government to be operating. I think it would clear up many misconceptions.
