He says he will cut deficits like Reagan did, Reagan tripled the deficits.

From the horses mouth folks he will put us further in debt.

Did you read the article Desh? You make yourself look like a fool when you parrot left-wing talking points without actually seeing if what they said is correct.

McCain didn't say he would cut deficits like Reagan did. He said he wanted to stimulate the economy like Reagan did. In this answer he obviously didn't get into more detail about balancing the budget which he will have to eventually but he said he wanted to grow the economy.

People might see this as "economic growth" but I see it as "let them eat cake." Oh, and I don't like it.

When Senator John McCain was asked here this afternoon how he plans to balance the budget, he said that he hoped to do so by stimulating economic growth - and approvingly cited the example of President Ronald Reagan,"

The question asked him was how he was going to balance the budget.

His answer was to do what Reagan did. Reagan did not balance the budget he tripled the deficit.

He obviously thinks Reagan was good financially for our country and he is wrong.

A. Reagan was great for our country economically.

B. He didn't answer the question asked. He turned it around to economic growth ala Reagan. He didn't answer the deficit question which he needs to but your spin attempt on his economic growth answer is weak.

Quiz time: Which politician/leader said :the defecit does not matter Regan proved that" ?

the "economic Growth" of recent years has just been economic growth, not growth of the USA. And economic growth for economic growth's sake as we are learning is disastrous in the long run.

He quoted Reagan numbnuts, you quoted Bush.
