i am also scared of getting a vasectomy but sometimes from the way she talks makes me extremely paranoid that another accident will happen.

My Dad got a vasectomy in the morning, went to work halfday after lunch and ran 4 miles that evening.

I've heard the first evening is the easiest, it is the next day that your pain is apparent. I have seen 1 brother and 3 friends who have gotten these, all of them had far more pain than that. The swelling from the running alone would cause discomfort on the day after the surgery.
