I think you're behind the curve on Zimbabwe.
I believe that would be you. I will bring you up to speed.
Starting with the economy, the Zimbabwe economy slid into hyperinflation until it completely collapsed. Prior to the elimination of the Zimbabwe dollar, people were carrying backpacks full of billion-dollar bills just to buy a few cans of food and a bar of soap. Eventually, the hyperinflation made it necessary for Zimbabwe to print $100,000,000,000,000 bills ... and then the currency became worthless. At this point, Zimbabwe began using whatever existing currencies of other countries that found their way into Zimbabwe ... until 2019 when the new Zimbabwe dollar was introduced. At first issue, the new Zimbabwe dollar traded at 6.32 per US dollar and began devaluing immediately at an annual inflation rate of 252%. Today, roughly six years later, the new Zimbabwe dollar trades at 10,152.39 per US dollar.
Farmers: Whites were persecuted, their land stolen and their famimlies brutally murdered. Today, there are occasional white farmers who try to return to farming in Zimbabwe, but contrary to your claim, they face insurmountable barriers to owning land. The best they can do is lease land in small quantities, i.e. they can really only be slave-wage farm-hands. Sure, Zimbabwe wants productive, successful farmers, but they will only tolerate productive, successful black farmers. They don't want "whitey" back.
