Why does this illegal illegitimate regime give more privileges (Carlin) to illegals than citizens, and why do the citizens allow this abuse?

These are very important questions to answer.
 
I have been hearing that something like 20% of labor is on the black market....it is not tracked....the regime allows it because the majority of the labor is from illegals, who are generally privileged by the Regime.
