That restraining order is damning. Paper beats words in court. The wife has been defending him.

So no charges. He was adjudicated by two different judges to be an MS 13 gang member. There is substantial evidence proving that. Trump has declared (legally) that MS 13 is a "terrorist organization" operating in the US. Abrego Garcia would have a near impossible task of refuting membership at this point.
Therefore, the DOJ can charge him with being a member of a terrorist organization, and upon conviction he would face double digits in prison for his membership. That single charge alone is enough. The feds could also reopen the Tennessee case on human trafficking and prosecute that. Again, lots of time if he's found guilty.
Wrong. He'd be charged with being a terrorist. So no charges.

Yes, there is.You're exaggerating.
There is NOT "substantial evidence."
Yes, there is.
In order to call him a criminal, he'd have to be charged and convicted. He was sent to a prison without due process.Wrong. He'd be charged with being a terrorist.

The guy is totally fucked if he comes back to the US. Off to prison or being deported in lieu of prison.
No, there are multiple sources including primary ones like police reports and official government documents.Isn't it just one source claiming that?
Or do you think the Bulls hat is evidence?
No, he was deported to El Salvador who has different laws than the US. As an El Salvadorian citizen--he isn't a US citizen--he's subject to their laws and legal system on arrival in his home country. Being a verified MS 13 member meant he got a one-way ticket to CECOT by El Salvadorian law.In order to call him a criminal, he'd have to be charged and convicted. He was sent to a prison without due process.
One more time, he was not verified. No, he was deported to El Salvador who has different laws than the US. Yes, he was. The US courts said so and even noted that he did not dispute the ruling. It wasn't important to him or his legal counsel as being a gang member really didn't have much legal impact, right up to Trump making MS 13 a terrorist organization and putting a priority on their deportation. Then suddenly, it mattered to him.One more time, he was not verified.
We just repatriated himNo, he was deported to El Salvador who has different laws than the US. Well, if he is returned to the US and still has an order of deportation, but just not to El Salvador, I suggest we deport him to say, Azerbaijan or maybe Pitcairn Island or something...We just repatriated him![]()
How about he receives his due process?Well, if he is returned to the US and still has an order of deportation, but just not to El Salvador, I suggest we deport him to say, Azerbaijan or maybe Pitcairn Island or something...
Yea. He comes back to the US. He goes in front of a judge with his liar... err, lawyer, and the judge finds he's in the US illegally, has a standing order of deportation, and a stay not to send him to El Salvador...How about he receives his due process?![]()
I have a better idea.

I'm surprised that the cross didn't burst into flame.
The Trump administration is openly defying the SCOTUS.
