Obama's Cabinet looking hawkish

Obama built his campaign around being "antiwar" and yet most of his appointments voted yes on Iraq. In fact, not a single senator or House member who voted against Iraq is a part of his cabinet.

From the LA Times; "In an astonishing turn about the president-elect has told some Democrats that he expects to take some heat from parts of his political base but will not be deterred."

I guess the presidency has caused a bit of a reality check for Mr. Hope and Change.

And there was like... what? Ten senators who voted against the war?

Obama doesn't give a rats ass what the antiwar faction thinks. He simply used them to get the nomination but hasn't thrown them a bone since getting it. He has an arrogant disdain for the left and antiwar people. He knows all the left .. including African-Americans .. can do now is shut the fuck up and take whatever he shovels their way.

Is there anyone who still thinks Obama would not have voted for the invasion of Iraq had he been in the Senate at the time?

Might be prudent to see what the actual policy will be before you spout your mouth off for the umpteenth time.

Just a suggestion.

Yet it was so easy from Springfield and he made a point that the MSM would pick it up. Funny that none on the left bother about his change. Same on the right, chastising him for the grandstanding.

Might be wiser for you to post your own opinion instead of making an ass out of yourself.

Just my suggestion.
