Are you familiar with Conyers Commons shopping center at all? It was built in 2006. It has Target, Ross, Kirkland's etc. What do you think of the neighborhood around it? Thanks.

It's not really a quote, as russell crowe never says he likes dirt. But he's always picking up handfuls of dirt and smelling them in a pensive way. That's cool.
 
conyers is about the furthest atlanta bedroom community on the east side. It should keep growing and has undergone massive growth from the encroaching urban sprawl from atlanta.

No. But I'm familiar with the promenade near exit four and its pretty fabulous.

PFChangs, Banana republic, Ann Taylor, GAP, Bed bath and Beyond, William Sonoma, etc.....

LMAO. Actually we have the demographics for the area. Within a mile of the center it seems pretty affluent and then it drops off as you get three and five miles out. They claim the area is pretty diverse...

I'm not familiar with that particular shopping center, but if you'd like I can drive by and check it out after training this weekend.
 
Ca, does your company acquire only real estate investments, or does it also do LBO's or other types of acquisitions on businesses also, like say, retail chains?
