We gotta give time to change the vote.
Their laws require that they wait until Election Day to count mail-in ballots. It takes a day or two to do it.
There are Democrats and Republicans at each counting place.
Don't know why you people want to suppose the Democrats are smart enough to steal elections, but if they are, you should be voting for them.

I’d wager that it is because they, like many States, accept mail in ballots up until the polls close, meaning counting has to be done manually, then from there, everything recounted and audited, and like 2020, the vote will be certified by election officials as fair and honest

Some states do not allow mail-ins to be counted until the polls close. They pile up in huge quantities then counting is a big time-consuming job requiring lots of manpower. It is not a crime as rightys "think'.
Well, that is what the proven un-American naysayers will be shouting, probably bringing legal challelnges that lack any merit. Can't expect these people to have learned.

Because absentee ballots had to be submitted early and those ballots were counted on Election Day while others were voting

Election offices KICKED OUT the observers and continued counting after hours with the windows blocked off!
All the after hours tabulating was magickally for Biden (a probability beyond reason!).
Pennsylvania election offices also illegally changed election law ex post facto (unconstitutional!) and violated the authority of Congress to set the election day (also unconstitutional!) and violated the authority of the Pennsylvania State legislature (unconstutitional!).
Pennsylvania never chose any electors.
Translation = if Trump loses the election was rigged and Democrats cheated
