It's long past time to issue guest worker passes for these folks, let them earn a living, pay their taxes and leave them alone.

This small restaurant chain fired legal workers, replacing them with illegals paid less than minimum wage, etc.
The Chuy's chain and the Filiberto's chain before that here in AZ did the exact same thing.
Construction is no different. Illegals work cheap but their work is usually sloppy. I can always tell when illegals did electrical work. Lots of electrical tape on everything in every J box, nicked conductors, nothing is marked, grounding is sometimes ignored.
