The Huge Problem with the Courts
As Ron Paul put it so long ago: “Unless and until Congress asserts itself by limiting federal court jurisdiction, judges will continue to act as de facto lawmakers.”
This isn't a Left-Right, Democrat-Republican issue. It is an issue about corruption and judges who exert power and influence far beyond what their office calls for along with a general disregard for law when those laws inconvenience them.
