Alexander of The Duran tends to think that there were substantial civilian deaths, which I am not so sure about. In Ukraine one sells the Regime narrative or else, figuring out the truth in a situation such as this is difficult.
 
Taking a listen to my grapevine I have no doubt that this was a legit military target, the NATO took extensive loses, and that NATO is spinning it into an anti-Russia propaganda program in part to hide that NATO took extensive loses and to hide that they used the residents of Sumy as human shields.
 
I dont assume that the ceremony and that it was well advertised was a NATO mistake......there are powerful forces in the collapsing West who are seeking to escalate.
