Not everyone but it's reasonable to conclude a person is more likely to vote a certain way depending on where they live especially when a state has voted a certain way for the last four elections.

53% to 45% last Presidential election. So it is not reasonable to assume the party identification of a person.

Especially in a state that 50% of its Senators are Dem.

Also... prior to the 2010 election, the house seat was Dem for over 20 years.
