Why should we prop up NATO when most of the other members refuse to meet their defense spending obligations? Europeans should provide the bulk of their own defense, not the US.

Russia and Ukraine look pretty much in a slugfest between idiots where neither is going to win.

Democrats are weak on defense. Look at their priorities for the US military today... They're more concerned about social engineering like letting the LGBTPDQRSTUV+ - whatever group serve and whether male soldiers can wear a dress than about combat readiness.

Democrats don't particularly favor isolationism, but instead do the ostrich thing and ignore the problem until it festers into a major war. Hand wringing and whining are not winning foreign policy strategies, but they are favored by the Democrats...
