I dont want a hot head dealing with our allies at this point in history.

Bill Clinton was a notrious hothead. You've seen examples of it on the campaign tour for Hillary. Do you think that affected his dealings with our allies?

I say this not as a put down to Bill but its just a part of his character. I'd bet you'd say it didn't affect his job performance.
