Had Due Process happened, the guy in El Salvador would not have been sent to that prison.

We allowed a president to send someone to a prison, and use tax dollars to do it, who has been convicted of NO crime.

This cannot stand. I would hope Trump would not do that you intentionally, but if we let him do that to anyone, what is to stop a future president from doing it?

Garcia had TWO deportation hearings. He was ordered to be deported BOTH TIMES by judges..

Until January 20, 2025 conservatives on this board got on their soap boxes and proclaimed the US constitution was sacred and inviolable.

Then they went as quiet as church mice about three nanoseconds after the inauguration.

Trump has officially broken the left.

This guy was removed from our country where he was here illegally and ordered deported twice prior.

If his home country of jurisdiction wants him free I'm sure they will let him out of prison. Not our problem.

Did you think Trump was playing around on the campaign trail?

Hopefully you now understand he was not. He is delivering and it's beyond glorious.
