Correct but now that he is HOME he is their problem. We offered him a ride out of there but that is all we can do. Unfortunately for him he is affiliated with MS 13 and in El Salvador that is illegal so it's off to jail he goes.
Back in 2019 El Salvador was a very dangerous place now it is safer than the US. So really there is no reason that he can't be in El Salvador. Back in 2019 gang members were killing rival gang members so being affiliated with MS 13 put him at additional risk. Now the rival gang he was afraid of does not exist in El Salvador.

It does not work that way. He came here to escape the gangs and turmoil in El Salvador. Do you think we should monitor the countries they come from and if Trump decides they are now safe, they can be sent back? He has been here for years. He has a family and works as a metal apprentice. He was stopped in Tennessee with 7 illegal aliens in his car they all gave his home address for their address. They had ZERO luggage with them. That REEKS of human trafficking. He was caught with MS 13 gang members while wearing gang clothing with gang marked money. Eyes, mouths and ears covered on the President. That means see nothing hear nothing and say nothing a mantra of MS 13. Gang members distrust the general public so they hang only with their own. A CI has identified him as a chequeo MS 13 in the Western clique. His hand tattoo has been interpreted as a MS 13 tattoo. He has been ordered to be deported out of the US. His own wife filed two different restraining orders against him for punching her in the face and ripping her clothes off. We are better off without him here.

No, I do not want the ruling overturned. But upon a new arrest, I would like a quick five minute hearing to determine everything is in order. Simple. Determined they got the right guy, and determined he is eligible for deportation and where.
Otherwise, what is to stop a future president from having you arrested and sent to prison in a foreign country without a hearing? All the future president would have to do is say that a prior court had determined you should be deported.
