Had Due Process happened, the guy in El Salvador would not have been sent to that prison.

We allowed a president to send someone to a prison, and use tax dollars to do it, who has been convicted of NO crime.

That does not give him the right to deport people without due process. Even the Supreme Court agreed yesterday. If you allow the president, the right to deport people who he says are illegal, solely on his word, we are not a free country. Anyone can be called illegal by a single person.

Tax dollars are being used to incarcerated people who have been convicted of the crime.
