It seems counter-intuitive to me that the ACT would measure IQ in any meaningful way, and I say this with a high ACT score. The ACT is primarily a test of the knowledge you have acquired, and less a test of your aptitude. I could see how the LSAT, which focuses almost exclusively on logical and analytical reasoning problems, could be a rough measure of IQ but I doubt that the ACT would measure much other than your knowledge and education.
