I disagree with this meme on one thing, the guy with the heart attack, is white male, and the Democrats would just let him die.
A Democrat in that situation, would kick the guy in the balls 10 times, spit on him, and then take his wallet.

The 'celebration' was especially interesting as NYPD officers were seen proudly wearing the hijab, reflecting their ability to practice their faith while continuing to serve and protect their communities. Seems somehow counter-intuitive to me.
