My take on this based on the truncated video clip is the shoving guy humiliated the skinny guy and in the heat
of the hate fest, he was conceal carry and murdered him.
I give the guy murder 2. Heat of passion. That's a quick take though, I might be convinced to take it to murder
1 with more evidence of premeditiation based on the prior exchanged of racial nature that apparently happened.
But the film alone is 2nd degree murder material. There was no imminent threat that justified lethal force with a gun.
I guess florida thinks every bar fight justifies a homicide....

Owner of the store should have banned him from the property and involved law enforcement before it came to this. I had to do it with a mental guy who was tolerable while on his meds but had a very aggressive sense of entitlement when off his meds which he didn't feel like it was his responsibility to pay a whopping $5/month for out of his disability check. As soon as I could see things were starting to escalate with him, he was banned and the police were involved. Got to nip these things in the bud.
