Possibly, but I look at some of the total morons in Congress, I question how they got there.
We can discuss state and even worse local politicians later.

I still cannot believe that the guy who thought Guam might "capsize" is an attorney and continues to be reelected; being an attorney it means he has an equivalent of a Master's Degree, a J.D.... I mean, WTF? Clearly education does not make you smart.

He was just one of the examples. I would choose him as #1 because he has been elected many times.
