The "charge" in the lynching appears to be "threatens the reelection of Joe Biden." In fact that is the ONLY coherent claim from the goons running this lynching.

Look, this isn't a legitimate trial. A lynching doesn't rely on facts, evidence, or procedure. One can't tell what a lynch mob will do. Still it's going to be tough for even someone as corrupt as Comrade Merchan to keep this farce going, much less accept a guilty verdict.
It's just a guess, but I'm guessing Merchan will bail, and declare a mistrial to save face.
There really aren't any "charges," lynchings don't require them. The goal was to falsely imprison Trump to keep him from campaigning. To SMEAR and slander Trump, which Merchan has done at a massive level, including suborning perjury from a prostitute who has changed her story three times on this issue, depending on who was paying her the most, and using a convicted perjurer as the key "witness."
This is a lynching intended to corrupt the 2024 election - it has NOTHING in common with a legitimate legal proceeding.
