Yep. Board meetings are open meetings and he could have just sat down and asked some questions. He may even have a record and got the gun "to go" on the way to the meeting.

There are longer videos but I posted the short one that leaves an open ending. It was intentionally a bait thread and Classic Liberal bit. The video certainly implied that he shoot them all and I did not post information about the topic, so I'll take the blame for that one.
