This time Groans Really will be shut off Temporarily

The thing of it is, there is no limitation based on user permissions. Something else weird is happening. It should just work... I don't get it.
 
I come in as a visitor... I see all of the groans/thanks... I don't see the buttons, can't give groans, but I can see all of the thanks and groans...
 
Yurt, as an experiment. Log out, refresh and check this thread. See if you see what I am seeing.
 
Yes. I did with Buddha. It's just fricking weird. There are no restrictions on who can see the groans/thanks boxes so it shouldn't be doing that.
 
So, one more time I'm shutting it off temporarily. I hope that this will finally resolve the issue.

I now can see all the groans in this thread. Can anybody else verify if I finally got this fixed? I really need some input here...
