Tomorrow Wyoming will be Ignored...

Why are you feeling so compelled to be melodramatic about this, Damo?
Melodramatic? And you claim to be interested in politics.

It is sad that most didn't even know that it was happening, it is sad that it is unlikely to even compel them to report for 30 seconds on a show that it happened.

It's just plain sad.

Damo, Wyoming has always been ignored. Mississippi will be ignored. Colorado will be ignored. The race will be decided before we vote.

Why doesn't anyone do a national primary? We should at least have it set up so that it's nearly impossible for the race to be decided before we get to the last states. As it is, it's impossible for the last states to have a say.

If having small states at the beginning so that smaller candidates can prove themselves is such a big deal, the schedule should at least be bottom loaded. Have New Hampshire, a western state, and a southern state in the first primaries. Then rotate 3 NE states, 3 western states, and three southern states the next week. Gradually grow from then on, until you reach the point at which the remaining states elect half the remaining delegates, and have one single primary for the rest of the states.

It maintains the advantages of the current system without leaving so many people without a voice.

And my point is they shouldn't be. That is all. No emotion. I simply report.
