Second trimester abortions represent a small percentage of the total and are usually for health related reasons.

Thanks to the Republiclowns for making it more difficult to get an abortion in the earlier, less developed stages, more later term abortions will occur after patients have to make arrangements and travel to another state.

Worse yet, even though more and more women have been forgoing physical abortions in favor of taking Mifepristone to terminate their pregnancies making the gruesome procedure you seemed to enjoy describing in detail unnecessary...once again... the misguided Republiclowns are standing in the way of that and... once again... making later term abortions like the one you described the only alternative.
