Nah, Cannon would have made sure the case never went to trial, she got her orders from MaraLago from the jump, in fact, could turn out a major boost for Smith, now he can appeal it and get it moved to another jurisdiction.

No, it means Garland didn't go through the proper channels when he brought in Jack Smith from Amsterdam somewhere.

Ah, few, very few, special prosecutors appointed by the AG in the last sixty years were appointed the exact same way, and the same arguement has been rejected in several Courts were Trump’s army of attorneys fished it, ain’t standing
