Why does a woman's right over her own body belong "in the hands of the states?"

Why should something so sacred be at the whim of whatever state a woman lives in?

This is just something conservatives say now. It actually makes no sense.
 
Trump and Vance flip flop so mush you never know what they actually believe.
like when Vance said Trump was like Hitler.
I guess it is what ever is the best for them getting elected and have jobs for life.

Trump did not use protection when he was banging young girls with Epstein and later with porn workers. Trump has likely paid for many abortions.
