EnGöring gave a laughable valuation for Mar-A-Lago. He already was going to lose on appeal - now that the primary facts of the case favor defendant, the Soros witch trial has no standing. EnGöring is no doubt panicking about now. He is revealed as compromised - which everyone on all sides already knew. But his fraudulent valuation now puts him in jeopardy of obstruction of justice charges. A year from now, his victim will be naming a legitimate AG.
How much has George Soros paid EnGöring for his fraudulent rulings?
Civil case. When there is no dispute as to the facts there is no need to hold a hearing on those facts. Summary judgement occurs because something is a given.

The Judge has already RULED BASED ON DOCUMENTS ONLY.
The documents establish a fraud, that no amount of 'but i paid the banks back and they did their own diligence' can undue.
If you submit documents saying properties ARE NOT rent controlled when THEY ARE, while then giving them the highest value of all comparable type properties that are not rent controlled... that is fraud...
When you submit statements saying a property is 30,000sqft when it 10,000sqft... that is fraud...
When you cite a property is valued at 100's of Millions of dollars because it can be developed at the highest residential values... when you have also submitted documents to fight the tax assessment saying the same property is OVER VALUED at $16-24MM because you have 'Contracted away forever any redevelopment rights' ... that is fraud...
The Judge already cited these and MANY MORE documented fraudulent statements by Trump Org, NONE OF WHICH are cancelled by a worthless clause, even if you grant that being a thing, which it is NOT.

Since you read it, what are the other 4 properties that the ruling uses to show instances of fraud in Trumps personal financial statement.
Then tell us where the judge got those wrong as well, if you think he did.

He did no such thing as the party rag showed. Because the lynching is falling apart, you are desperate to try and lend legitimacy to it. But it isn't legitimate - it never was. The judge took the word of Trump that his statements were not meant to be true.
Since both the state of NY and Trump said the statements were not true, there was no need to hold that part of the trial to determine if the statements were true or false.
