Against any normal human being that rule of thumb probably would apply. Normal human beings don't fit the description of "Donald Trump's type," however, which Harris is defining with damning clarity.

We said this a while back. I also noted that it would become more difficult to be true the closer to the election. I think if they did it last year we'd have that. Since he held on so long it's too late to predict as accurately.

If she has nothing else to offer, she's going to lose. You can't win by vilifying your opponent while doing nothing to define yourself.
