Yet, he refused to leave the Capitol when the Secret Service urged him to. Your belief that Pence heard the chants is not evidence. If he did hear the chants and still refused to leave, he must not have been too fearful.

It is a huge stretch to suggest the limo was an attempt to harm him.

If a crowd outside the White House chanted "Hang Donald Trump" would that be a criminal threat?

I never said it had to be in person; obviously, internet or written threats present a different set of issues. But, the person must clearly state he intends to harm the person threatened. A crowd chanting "Hang Mike Pence" does not make it clear who intends to hang Pence or if anybody does plan to do so.

Well,I am going to stop this discussion since the shit is getting so deep. I spent 16 years as my own attorney in District Courts, Administrative Law Courts, Appeals Courts, Federal Courts, and even set precedent with one of my cases. Unlike your ignorant ass I have some knowledge of how the Courts work. You only have tour "opinion", and bull shit. Of course, in your wee little mind you never said this:

"Those court decisions make it clear individuals must convey a message to another that they are threatening harm and he must have reasonable fear for his safety."

F**king idiot. Trump was not even there, Pence was. And like I said before, and your ignorant ass ignored, the Secret Service guarding Pence thought the threat was credible. Matters not what you "think".
