States rights is a race to the LCD. When a couple of states ended usury laws and rules that regulated interest rates and abuse of customers, banks flocked there. They put in an office or a mail box and claimed it was headquartered in the state. We all still suffer from that. Do not feel good when Trump says he will give power to the states. That is a smaller power for him to get control over.
States are competing to see who can control women over procreation. Rightys hate local politicians too, but they are willing to give them enormous power over girls. Some local cop will be deciding if a girl ended a pregnancy. Then it will be her job to prove no crime was done . The justice system makes mistakes, so some innocent girls will go to jail. Their lives will be wrecked.
