Video: BLM Co-Founder Pulled Over in Florida — His Reaction Is Exactly What You’d Expect

So, he’s the officer that was doing his job by trying to de-escalate the situation.

Is he the one that claims the other officers actions were against department rules?
This is the cop that pulled him over

So, he’s the one that accelerated the license plate ordeal. He’s the one that caused the lawsuit against the department. Rookie messed up.

The refusal to give DL accelerated the license plate ordeal.

He refused .... that unlawful act accelerated the license plate ordeal.

Or do u support not having to show DL etc when involved in a legal traffic stop if you are black?

Phannie, do you have any idea just how many "lawsuits" are created by black people screeching "discrimination" against police officers every day?

He should have followed the law, but the officers actions were excessive.

In what way?

The officer should have just let him go because he was black and entitled?

That doesn’t excuse the behavior of the arresting officers. The offense was a very minor one.

His offense was resisting arrest. If you get pulled over, cooperate. It isn't that hard to grasp. A "3rd year law student" should be able to comprehend this.

No, he should still comply with the law, but the cop should as well. The department admitted they made mistakes.

No, they didn't. They dropped the charges, but defended their officer as handling the situation correctly.
