The point is graduated income tax in general.

I was merely speaking hypothetically about how it is a mistake to lump all the 1%ers into a single category, which many prole americans do on a regular basis. The true proles are the rabble unwashed masses.

Millionaires have higher rates but it doesn't mean they're paying every cent of those rates. They have ways of protecting their assets that you and I haven't even dreamed of.
