The Left, as exemplified here by BE and APL, won't do that. They want the opposition silenced and hauled away in chains. Trump has every right to be a blustering, braggard and asshole in his speech. People who support him do too, just as people who oppose him have a right to do.

Where it matters is that those that oppose him don't shut down Trump's speech, but rather come up with better ideas and speech. The problem is the Left's ideas are so stupid and shitty that most people won't accept and agree to them. Thus, the Left's answer to that is to shut down the opposition, quash all opposing speech, and implement an authoritarian dictatorship to ensure it happens.

Trump says lots of stupid things. But he wasn't the one wanting to institute a 'Disinformation Czar' and board to control speech on the Internet, Biden and the Democrats are. That's but one example of the Left in action.

And Nina Jankowicz was a spreader of disinformation across the Internet before she was selected by the Bribem administration to head this board where she was presumably to make sure stuff posted on social media was favored by the administration and stuff opposing it would be quashed.

BTW, disinformation on Twitter is still being corrected as we speak. I suppose that you think Elon Musk is a part of the Ministry of Truth?

She claimed, even after debunking, that Trump had close ties to Russian banks
She claimed that the Hunter Biden laptop story was nothing more than disinformation and spreading lies and a "product of the Trump campaign."
She was 100% behind Fauci and his lies throughout the Chinese Disease period
She claimed the Steele dossier was accurate

In total she was just your typical shill for radical Leftist disinformation. He own postings show she had a huge bias against anything and everyone posting positions in opposition to those of the Left regardless of factual information.

Chinese disease information that ran contrary to the official narrative got quashed all the time. Questioning the efficacy of masks? Gone. Alternate possible medical treatments? Gone. Questioning the quarantines and lockdowns? Gone.
