Who is willing to go on record saying they believe the President can defy legal court orders?

I will. Biden did and you didn’t have a problem with it. O equal branches.

Based on your thesis judges are the be all end all.

Can a Judge order Congress to write certain legislation? If not why not? I will understand if you obfuscate and don’t answer
No but apparently they can run the military.

Without any review, that is the right trump is demanding.
No, it's not. Trump is using his Constitutional powers as Commander and Chief of the military and Executive Power granted him to remove from the US persons declared to be terrorists and enemies of the United States. That is a clearly defined set of powers, and no federal judge has any right or jurisdiction to stick their nose in that business, particularly a lowly district judge on a national level.

Well that is nice. A future Democratic President can then remove you for being declared an "enemy."

FDR defied the courts. Biden defied the courts. Andrew Jackson defied the courts, among other presidents. What's new about that?
FDR and Biden were blocked by the courts. Tell us about Jackson's defiance.

p.s. Are you familiar with the American constitutional system?

FDR, as almost everyone knows, is famous for his to attempt to "pack" the Court with additional justices after the Court repeatedly blocked his New Deal legislation. Didn't work. He had to live with court rulings he didn't like. It's the way our system works.
