Who is willing to go on record saying they believe the President can defy legal court orders?

FDR and Biden were blocked by the courts. Tell us about Jackson's defiance.

p.s. Are you familiar with the American constitutional system?
Apparently you aren’t. The branches are “coequal”. If one branch can tell the other what to do then how are they equal?

Could a judge “order” Congress to balance the budget? If not, why not?

I will understand if you can’t or won’t answer.

FDR, as almost everyone knows, is famous for his to attempt to "pack" the Court with additional justices after the Court repeatedly blocked his New Deal legislation. Didn't work. He had to live with court rulings he didn't like. It's the way our system works.
Where is that written in the US Constitution and how does that make the branches co-equal?

You’ve heard of the US Constitution yes?

Your questions are childish nonsense.

What makes them childish. The thesis of the thread is that a Judge can order the other branches to do something.

It isn’t my fault your and the OPs premise is falling apart under the weight of logic and the US Constitution
One "thesis of the thread" is that judges interpret and enforce the law through court orders. That "the branches are coequal" doesn't mean the Executive Branch determines what the law is equally with the Judicial Branch, which was the implication of your comment.

They do not understand complex issues.

Likely crickets.
All the MAGAts and oath-breaking traitors support it. When the shooting starts, they'll be easy to spot.

Expedited removal, also known as expedited deportation, is a process where certain non-citizens can be deported without an immigration court hearing, typically for those who lack proper entry documents or entered through fraud.
Key word "process", ex-Captain Earl. What process was used to determine if they were "non-citizens"?

The Courts do not tell anyone what to do, other than follow the law. Are you not educated?

The Congress cant tell anyone what to do, other than pass a law.

and...

The Executive cant tell anyone what to do, other than enforce the law and foreign affairs.

The judge told the Trump Administration to turn the planes around and to provide the names of those deported.
