Apparently you aren’t. The branches are “coequal”. If one branch can tell the other what to do then how are they equal?

Could a judge “order” Congress to balance the budget? If not, why not?

One "thesis of the thread" is that judges interpret and enforce the law through court orders. That "the branches are coequal" doesn't mean the Executive Branch determines what the law is equally with the Judicial Branch, which was the implication of your comment.

The Courts do not tell anyone what to do, other than follow the law. Are you not educated?

The Congress cant tell anyone what to do, other than pass a law.
