Did Bush demand that witnesses to the attacks sign non-disclosure oaths and go into hiding ?

Seems the latest rumor is that the Benghazi cover up is now changing direction. Seems Benghazi was really a CIA Syria gun running operation without the knowledge and approval of the Congress. Not much there either, this administration just does whatever it wants without the approval of Congress.
