a case we haven't heard of

Oh sty, I just read the entire debacle at newsday, that's my local paper. The cops' story differs from hers greatly. But there's going to be a trial this summer. Lol. Of course you're not asking anyone to wait for the facts to come out at the trial. You have the nerve to call anyone a hypocrite. You are the biggest one. You not only swallow every story you hear about every cop, you demand,DEMAND everyone swallow it too. With zero evidence. And you flounce your skirt up and have a hissy fit if anyone says, um, any evidence?

You're too funny. Thank god you live in texass. If you ever come to ny don't go walking around airports with your guns. Consider that friendly advice. Better yet, stay in texass.
like you waited for the facts to come out about the zimmerman/martin issue? no, you jumped on a lynching bandwagon demanding charges and a trial, despite the law. YOU are the hypocrite, lying about your desire for people to obey laws, but disregard them against people you don't like. statists like you don't care about the rule of law. enjoy your police state, dumbass.

Btw for others reading his crap, it's not just the cops. The air national guard called the cops and they claim they warned her on previous occasions to get out. Theres some reporting that she had FEMA conspiracy theory shit in her myspace and thought that the airport was a FEMA camp. I don't know of any evidence of that yet.

But this will all come out at the trial. Yeah there's quite a bit more than mr outrage wants you to know. He def doesn't want you to know the air national guard says they kicked her out and warned her on several previous occasions. Honestly I am more convinced they made a mistake letting this one go. But let's see what the trial reveals.

i'm sure your hatred of guns makes you wish they'd just executed her on the spot, don't ya statist? fuckin hypocrite.

No, but since the ANG called it in and have stated they had kicked her from the property several times in the past and she wouldn't listen, I'm really glad they brought her in! Good work SCPD! She def seems like a fruitcake too. Fema camp! LOL

"A November 2009 Anti-Defamation League publication on anti-government conspiracies suggested Nancy Genovese had become caught up in rumors about FEMA-operated concentration camps:

Not only did gun confiscation conspiracy theories cause the reaction to the Iowa National Guard exercise, but, in a ripple effect, the extremist reaction to the exercise actually may have helped to create another incident. In late July 2009, a 53-year-old mother of three from Long Island, Nancy Genovese, was arrested for allegedly trespassing on a nearby Air National Guard base. Since the election of Obama, Genovese had become increasingly anti-government and fearful of President Obama. A fan of both Glenn Beck and Alex Jones, Genovese had become transfixed with conspiracy theories about one world government, FEMA, and more.

In February 2009, Genovese learned of the planned Iowa National Guard exercise in Arcadia. “This is the beginning of the end,” she posted to one Web site. “They will do this in some other town, but it’s just the beginning. Tell me how do I buy a gun? Do I buy a rifle or shotgun?” In the end, Genovese bought both, purchasing a shotgun and an XM-15 assault rifle. In subsequent months, she became particularly focused on FEMA, which she was convinced was operating concentration camps and preparing for martial law. She also began trying to take pictures at a nearby New York Air National Guard base, despite repeated warnings by base personnel (taking photographs of military bases is not permitted). It was on one of these trips on July 30 that military personnel allegedly found her just outside the base, taking photographs. Authorities found an assault rifle, as well as a shotgun, in the front seat of her car. She was arrested for third degree criminal trespassing, but the charge was later dropped because it was determined she had been in her vehicle the whole time."

LMAO

Wow.

what was the injury to her ankle from. by the way
what caused the injury is unknown to me.

however, taking pictures around airports or military/government facilities is an automatic arrest on suspicion of terrorism - you mention no laws broken but what about the usa patriot act (which i oppose)
if it's not against the law, then it's legal, therefore cannot provide any reasonable suspicion that a crime is being committed, has been committed, or about to be committed. I use those words because that is the current judicial precedent for detaining someone to investigate. If that reasonable suspicion does not exist, the ONLY thing a cop can legally do is initiate a VOLUNTARY investigation, of which the 'suspect' is free to leave or not answer any questions at any time. The Patriot Act does not apply in this situation because several federal courts have upheld the right of the public to take photographs of public places or people as a protected First Amendment right.

i do find it suspicious that all charges were later dropped
The hypocrite would like you to think that they dropped it because it was just a 'minor' charge, however, trespassing on a national guard base would be a federal crime since it's federal property, yet the charge was dismissed. This would be because the 'crime' could not be proven in court, or in other words, she committed no crime.

I never even heard about them until today, so I looked them up and it appears conservatives are the ones concerned about such a thing.

"The FEMA camp conspiracy theory has been alluded to by Republican leadership candidate Michele Bachmann, as well as Glenn Beck, who to his credit later backpedaled and hosted a debunking segment featuring a government shill guest from Popular Mechanics.[SUP][5][/SUP] Still, the theory remains popular among the survivalist community and the militia movement, and there's no shortage of adherents on the Internet.

So far the only flaw, in this otherwise brilliantly executed conspiracy, was the mistake of public advertising for jobs to work at the camps.[SUP][6][/SUP] It's always the small details the conspirators slip up on.

The idea that the US government is planning to intern masses of people has some history: In the 1980s, opponents of Ronald Reagan's Central America policy on the left thought that FEMA was planning a mass roundup of them just before the imminent U.S. invasion of "Nee-ka-hah-gua". Barely skipping a beat, it became a theory on the right-wing black helicopter/militia circuit in the '90s, among Alex Jones followers and truthers in the 2000s, and today by opponents of the Obama administration."

so the lieberal plan is to now blame rightwingers and tinfoil nuts for the conspiracy of fema camps on hatred of a black man in the white house. you hacks are pathetic.

seriously, nobody here remembers lieberals wailing about FEMA camps during GW Bush years?

So you believe she was rightfully out there investigating the possible FEMA Camp with a rifle and according to the authorities another fire arm and ammunition, and that she was fighting the good fight by refusing to listen to the ANG telling her to leave each time she was..."investigating" them?

Okay, that seems reasonable.

Note to self; never go to Texas.

I personally don't give a fuck what she was out there doing. she wasn't breaking any laws. your bullshit about the ANG telling her to leave comes from a leftie bias site, she still wasn't charged, so your claims are bullshit. her guns were all LEGAL, as in NOT BREAKING A LAW, not that you give a fuck about gun laws anyway.

Note to self; never go to Texas.
that's probably a damn fine idea from you for once. your head would explode from the extreme amount of freedom you'd experience.

No the information about the ANG telling her to leave on several different occasions, and being the ones who called the police on the last occasion, comes from ANG telling Newsday, the Long Island newspaper, that that's what happened.

I wasn't posting here during the bush years so I can't comment.

and they are full of shit because the charge was DROPPED.

The ANG is full of shit. Newsday is full of shit. The sheriff is full of shit. The SCPD is full of shit.

Only people telling the truth?

Murtha and Murtha the lawfirm you linked to who is representing old nutcase in a multi-million dollar lawsuit, and said nutcase.

Yes that seems reasonable. Well there is one thing people always say about you STy and that is that you're reasonable.
