I can't understand anyone, male or female, saying some of the stuff that has been said and using degrading names for anyone whether they agree with them on policy or not. It is demoralizing, disgusting, and does nothing to further the conversation....besides the fact it makes the user of such terms look like a buffoon.
 
I also like when people say "and not a peep from the left". I always wonder where is this left they are reading?

For one example, Bill Maher is about as popular with leftist feminists as webbway would be at Rainbow Coalition meet up.

THere's been a lot more than just "peeps". You guys need to get out more.

We don't war on them, but we find their collaborating frustrating. They don't do the work, but enjoy the fruits of the women's movement and our fight or our rights.

Couldn't one turn the table and say they are joining the fight against progressive women's right by trying to inflict their religious morals on us?

There have been terrible things said by both sides about women. Both sides should be outraged at these men making these statements.

I am reading a book, still, about the early women's movement and the right to vote and own property, there were women who thought women should not have these rights, they agreed with their churches position on the matter. It is alwYs the patriarchal churches who want to hold women back, but later, these women enjoyed their rights to vote and their rights to own property.

I know! It wasn't one of those dreams, but it was really really weird. I was sitting next to him at some event and he kept telling me I was beautiful, and my dead aunt was there. My favorite aunt who I miss. I have rarely had a dream I knew less what to make of than this one.

I think it is the silence. How many demand that his money be returned the same way they would demand the money be returned by some rightwinger? How often have we heard them demand that Obama denounce him?

How ridiculous, what comedian on the right have we demanded that politicians apologize for their words? Do you denounce everything you disagree with? Bill Maher has his moment, but most of the time is a self absorbed male.

female birth control is not very affordable, male birth control is mostly affordable

as for free birth control, if you pay for health insurance and that health insurance includes birth control, then it is hardly free
